Terri V. White HS-BCP
Terri White is a gerontologist who provides a comprehensive and inclusive approach to assessment providing direct care management services to aging adults. She is sensitive to the issues facing aging adults and their changing needs. Her focus is providing resources and readiness strategies to caregiving issues.
During her years of working for a New York City Municipality, Terri became a caregiver for several family members. While navigating this process, she became a sought-after advocate by worrying seniors and stressed families for consultation. This inspired her to become a Geriatric Care Manager to assist families with the challenges of aging and caregiving. In 2010 she founded A Labor Of Love ElderCare. After developing her AGE-Method™ she has consistently provided services on how protect the ones we love from the astronomical cost of caregiving, to many faith-based communities, corporations, organizations, entrepreneurs, and celebrities.
Terri is a member for the American Society of Aging – Forum on Religion, Spirituality and Aging (FoRSA), Community Outreach Ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Association – New York Chapter, and Caregiver Support Group Leader for CaringKind. She is also a member of Gerontological Society of America, Senior Umbrella Network – Brooklyn (SUN-B), Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, NY Statewide Senior Action Council and others.
